  • All of our candidates are subject to rigorous screening, including background checks, reference verifications, and interviews before they are considered for a placement. But each client's needs are unique, so our qualification process can be customized in a number of ways.

Interested in a Myers-Briggs test to determine if a candidate's personality is going to mesh with your workplace culture? You got it.   • We check in with our Associates at least once a week to monitor their progress and ensure they're happy with their role. We're also available any time if they need to reach out with questions or concerns regarding their new position.

  • All of our candidates go through a rigorous screening and evaluation process before being sent to you for consideration. But we also know that, sometimes, the unpredictable happens.

    In the event that you're unhappy with a hire, we'll step in and evaluate the situation. Issues can often be addressed through intervention, and we're happy to work with employees to resolve common problems.

    If, at the end of the day, you still wish to make a change, we'll take care of the assignment-termination process for you and find a replacement candidate.
