Why is duct cleaning necessary?

Air ducts are the “lungs” of a dwelling.  Much like clean lungs in a body function much better so does the duct work in your location function much better when free of dirt, dust, debris, smoke, animal dander and hair, and other harmful contaminants.  The cleaner the air that you breathe, the healthier you will be.  People who suffer from allergies, asthma, and other respiratory ailments as well as children and the elderly are especially vulnerable to the effects of indoor air pollutants.

What is meant by bird control?

There are many types of birds.  Nuisance birds such as pigeons, starlings, and sparrows may be controlled by a variety of ways such as netting, electricity, spikes, wiring, etc.  Many times a combination of systems is most effective.  In addition we deal with almost any type of bird problems including interior bird problems.

Do you provide all types of ceiling tile services?

Yes, cleaning, re-coating, and change outs, we also do grid cleaning, repair and/or replacement and other minor repairs.

How often should commercial kitchen cleaning be done?

Major kitchen cleaning should be done at least once per year, with mini cleaning being done in between.

Are your services available on weekends, holidays, and early morning and at night?

Yes, we adjust to meet our client’s needs.

How is pressure cleaning done?

We use pressure to 3,000 psi, heat to 210 degrees, and environmentally friendly chemicals as needed.  When cleaning sidewalks, we also remove gum.
